From 1cm squares of hand-made Mino washi paper, each beautiful petal is born one by one through the tsumami-zaiku technique. At the center sits a natural stone with a translucent clarity, framed all around with golden beads.

The stone below is a custom piece made with rare Seino marble from Gifu, a material no longer quarried. Even at this small size, the marbling unique to this stone gives each piece its own distinct glow, adding a quiet shimmer with every movement.

The lightness and soft texture that only washi can offer trace the shape of the flower with care. Please enjoy, too, the subtle differences in each single bloom—differences that only handwork can bring.
